When a shipment cannot be picked up/delivered, through no fault of the carrier, it will be returned to the local terminal. The shipper/consignee will be notified and pickup or redelivery will be made upon request of the shipper/consignee. The additional charge will be $35.00 or the minimum pickup/delivery charge for the area serviced, whichever is greater. Depending on the service requested and equipment required, additional charges may apply. These charges will be added to the total freight charges of the bill. |
